  • 680 g fasole verde proaspata
  • 360 g rosii cherry - taiate in jumatati
  • 180 g masline negre - fara samburi, taiate pe jumatate
  • 1 ceapa rosie - taiata fasii subtiri
  • 226 g salam uscat - taiat in fasii
  • 1 legatura de patrunjel - tocat
  • 227 g bilute de mozzarella


  • 3 linguri ulei de masline
  • 2 linguri otet de vin alb
  • 1 catel de usturoi - maruntit
  • 1 lingurita oregano uscat
  • 1 lingurita sare fina
  • 1/4 lingurita piper - proaspat macinat


  • In primul rand trebuie sa pregatim fasolea verde. Spalati-o sub jet de apa rece. Taiati-i coditele, apoi taiati-o in jumatati.
  • Pentru a blansa fasolea, puneti o oala de apa cu sare la fiert. Cand apa incepe sa fiarba, adaugati pastaile de fasole si gatiti-le pentru 1-2 minute, sau pana se inmoaie putin, dar inca raman crocante si isi pastreaza culoarea de verde aprins.
  • Langa oala trebuie sa aveti un bol mare cu apa si gheata. Cand fasolea este gata, adaugati-o in bolul cu apa si gheata pentru a stopa procesul de gatire. Lasati-o asa cateva minute, apoi scurgeti fasolea de apa.
  • In continuare trecem la dressing. Intr-un borcanas adaugati toate ingredientele, puneti capacul si amestecati bine pana se emulsifiaza.
  • Pentru a finaliza salata, pregatitit si restul de ingrediente. Taiati pe jumatate rosiile si maslinele fara samburi. Feliati ceapa rosie si salamul uscat, apoi tocati marunt patrunjelul.
  • Puneti toate ingredientele intr-un bol mare de salata, adaugati dressingul si amestecati.


  • Pregatiti bolul de apa cu gheata inainte de a pune fasolea verde in apa care fierbe, astfel veti putea opri procesul de gatire la timp iar fasolea nu se va inmuia prea tare.
  • Pastaile de fasole taiate pe jumatate se vor gati mult mai repede, asa ca stati cu ochii pe ele.
  • Asigurati-va ca le taiati in bcati egale pentru a se gati toate in acelasi timp.
  • Puteti adauga cu usurinta si alte ingrediente in aceasta salata, cum sunt andivele, felii de castravete, ardei copt, rosii uscate sau alte ierburi.
