drained and rinsed

smoked paprika

small garlic clove

(150g) steamed beetroot
drained and sliced

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
Add 2-3 Tbsp of water if needed, to thin it up.
Serve with crunchy veggies or pitas.
