Peanut Butter Hummus Recipe
An easy hummus recipe, so filling and nourishing that you can serve as a main. Add chopped peanuts to give it a crunchy texture.

(15oz / 450g) chickpeas
drained and rinsed

sea salt
or to taste

peanut butter

ground cumin

small garlic clove
minced

sesame oil

water

chopped roasted peanuts
to garnish
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
Add 2-3 Tbsp of water, if needed to thin it up.
Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with crunchy veggies or pitas.
